David Webber
As CTO David Webber brings consummate team leadership, technology and project management skills to Illumonus with his over 25 years of experience developing technical solutions for government and commercial customers. David is particularly results oriented with emphasis on understanding the business requirements and translating those into attainable technology solutions and goals. Widely publish on eBusiness matters he co-authored the New Riders book ebXML - The New Global Standard for executives and managers in 2001. He also is editor for the ebXML Forum online 'Zine focused on open public ebusiness standards development.
An acknowledged authority on XML technologies and knowledge/rules representation and registries David holds two US patents on advanced information transformation and processing. David is actively involved in open public standards development as chair of the OASIS CAM technical committee and participant on a range of ebusiness related committees for OASIS and UN/CEFACT. Known as an innovator David has been the genesis of a wide range of world leading solutions including airport gate scheduling for the IAA, buy-repair logistics for the US Army, address synchronization for CTG, SeeMail client for MCIMail, iBolt for Magic Software, GoXML Transform and Registry for XMLGlobal, VisualScript for Smartdraw.com, and Trusted Open Voting with HP.com.
